1. We gladly accept returns, if the item is still available we will exchange it for the size that you want. The item must be in original condition, free of smoke or pet hair, stains and unwashed/unworn. If you no longer want the item, we will offer store credit. Simply Shiloh must receive the item within 14 days of delivery, if you would like to return/ exchange. Recipient of the item is responsible for return shipping. All sale items are final sale. Local pick ups will have 16 days from purchase date to return items.
2. If you receive defective or damaged merchandise, please let us know as soon as you find it, please include a picture of the damage. We are not responsible for any items that become damaged after they are worn, as there is no way for us to verify that the care instructions have been followed. For longevity of your new garment follow the care instructions on the tag.
3. We are not responsible for packages shipped to the incorrect address, please check your address in PayPal, and the Commentsold system to make sure that your address is correct, so your item can get to you!
